永勤集團(08275.HK)擬折讓約18.6%配售最多4,500萬股 淨籌730萬元
永勤集團控股(08275.HK)訂立配售協議,計劃向不少於六名承配人以配售價每股0.175元,配售最多4,500萬股配售股份,佔公司現有已發行股本的20%;及擴大後已發行股本約16.67%。
配售價較股份昨日(1日)於聯交所所報收市價每股0.215元折讓約18.6%。假設配售股份獲悉數配售,配售所得款項淨額估計約為730萬元。公司擬將配售所得約430萬元償還已逾期超過180日之應付賬款;及餘下約300萬元將用作集團之一般營運資金。
