《大行報告》摩通下調中銀香港(02388.HK)目標價至33元 評級「增持」
摩通發表報告,指中銀香港(02388.HK)上半年的業績略差於該行和市場預期,將2021年和2022財年的盈利預測分別下調4%和5%,並保留「增持」評級,目標價就由33.3元下調至33元。
摩通指,新目標是基於1.1倍的2022財年市賬率,並參考2021和2022財年約9%的ROE前景。中銀香港上半年的業績在香港大型銀行中相對較弱,因爲受淨息差的拖累略大等,認爲業績基本符合預期,並已反映在近期的股價疲軟中,若股息沒有按年增長,其強大的資本狀況應允許保持平穩派息。
展望未來3至6個月,摩通指中銀香港仍然處於良好位置,以實現疫情後的收入恢復,因爲其在貸款和存款方面的市場份額持續增長,以及有南向債券通等計劃帶動。
