新城控股2021上半年營收增長至791.05億,推動“幸福體驗工程”持續落地

827日,新城控股(601155.SH)發佈2021年半年度報吿,報吿期內公司整體經營業績持續穩健增長。報吿顯示,上半年新城控股實現營業收入791.05億元,同比增長109.63%;歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤43.06億元,同比增長34.40%;扣非歸母淨利潤37.96億元,同比增長38.19%。截至報吿期末,公司總資產達5714.24億元,同比增長6.26%

半年報顯示,今年上半年,新城控股實現合約銷售額1176.64億元,同比增長20.65%;累計銷售面積約1086.96萬平方米,同比增長23.87%。

穩步向上的經營成果,離不開“住宅+商業”雙輪驅動戰略之下,新城控股在產品和服務方面的持續進階和創新精神。公司秉持“以客户為中心”的導向,及時根據市場變化,與客户需求變化緊密銜接,加快產品研發效率,在標準化產品的基礎上,圍繞客户需求趨勢,對標準化進行迭代升級,完善屬地化、標準化建設,打造改善型產品IP,以產品力的提升,提升整體的產品溢價能力和美譽度。

另一方面,新城控股將客户視角引入房地產開發的全流程,藉助綠色、健康、科技等軟實力加持,通過在高能級城市、公司深耕板塊打造明星產品樹立產品標杆,強化公司產品影響力。

新城控股集團董事長王曉松曾表示:“我希望新城人能擁抱客户。以客户為中心,以消費者的需求為核心,新城的產品和服務一定是以人為本,迴歸到人。”

2021年上半年,新城控股正式啟動“幸福體驗工程”品牌IP,以幸福5+N標準為服務準則,從工地、社區、商業、多元業務等生活場景出發,持續營造並提升用户信賴感、體驗感、安全感、滿足感以及歸屬感,為業主、客户提供觸手可及的幸福場景體驗。。據悉,“幸福體驗工程”涵蓋不同業態、不同項目,分為住宅篇、商業篇、社區篇和多元業務篇,其中“住宅篇”包括20大體驗場景,覆蓋房屋建造、精裝工程、交付入住等全週期環節。

2021年,新城控股持續圍繞“穩中求進、地域深耕、運營優先、科技賦能、風險管控”的發展思路,聚焦“品質運營”這一大主題,不斷升級品質運營體系,讓品質成為新城的標籤。而“幸福體驗工程”正是新城控股迴歸產品與服務、聚焦品質運營的重要實踐戰役。

今年4月和6月,新城控股幸福體驗工程“住宅篇”分別落地常州和蘇州兩座城市,包括常州新城璞樾春秋及蘇州高鐵新城MOC芯城匯兩個項目,邀請外界深度體驗新城複雜的建築工藝標準和細化到動作的服務規範,也展現了公司高端住宅項目的硬核產品力及打造產城地標的城市運營實力。根據計劃,後續“幸福體驗工程”將在全國多區域陸續落地,不斷迴歸產品與服務初心、創新幸福體驗;並將作為集團常規戰役,持續優化提升。
