瀘州銀行(01983.HK)擬發行不超25億元二級資本債券
格隆匯8月26日丨瀘州銀行(01983.HK)公吿,於2021年8月26日,該行獨立非執行董事鍾錦已獲委任為風險管理委員會委員;及執行董事劉仕榮已獲委任為消費者權益保護委員會委員。
為進一步滿足支撐該行各項業務發展的二級資本需求,董事會建議發行本金額合共不超過人民幣25億元的二級資本債券。建議發行二級資本債券須取得股東於2021年第一次臨時股東大會上以特別決議案批准,以及中國銀行保險監督管理委員會及其他相關機關的必要批文後,方能作實。
