萬寶盛華(02180.HK)中期經調整淨利6659.9萬元 同比增加16.8%
格隆匯8月26日丨萬寶盛華(02180.HK)公吿，截至2021年6月30日止6個月中期業績，公司實現營收18.71億元，同比增加16.7%；公司擁有人應占溢利6429.6萬元，同比增加14.7%；公司擁有人應占經調整溢利6659.9萬元，同比增加16.8%；每股基本盈利0.31元。
集團最大業務板塊靈活用工，營業收入同比增長約15.4%至人民幣約17.39億元。其中中國內地靈活用工營業收入較去年同期大幅增長約34.3%。招聘解決方案（人才尋獵&RPO）板塊強勁反彈，營業收入同比增長約32.8%至人民幣1.158億元。
2021年上半年，集團所處的經濟環境不斷改善，多個業務分部繼續保持彈性，同時戰略舉措得到有力貫徹執行。儘管面臨來自2019冠狀病毒病的持續挑戰，集團的靈活用工業務於中國大陸仍保持快速增長勢頭，於台灣亦保持穩定增長。多元化的服務組合帶來裨益，招聘解決方案分部於整個大中華區強勁復甦，較去年同期的負增長大幅回升。
根據灼識諮詢於2021年八月發佈的《人力資源服務市場行業報吿》，按營收計，公司為2020年大中華區人力資源解決方案市場的最大參與者。
年內上半年，集團繼續擴大其於中國大陸的服務範圍，尤其是靈活用工業務。集團外包員工總數由去年同期的約21,000人增加約19%至2021年6月30日的約25,000人，其中中國內地外包員工數量同比增加約40%。
期間，集團進一步優化中國內地的營運架構，加快向華南，華中及華西（例如武漢、成都等城市）的擴張，並鞏固集團在上海，北京，廣州和香港等一線城市的市場領導地位。此外，集團加強其於新經濟及科技領域的業務拓展能力，該領域的客户數量自2020年底以來增長約320個。期內貿易應收款項週轉日數由去年同期的52.7天進一步減少至50.2天，反映集團強大的現金流管理能力及審慎的風險控制。
