雲想科技(02131.HK)公佈中期業績 經調整淨利潤增長76.46% 點閲量增加至2.79%
格隆匯8月25日丨雲想科技(02131.HK)發佈公吿，截至2021年6月30日止6個月，公司收益15.71億元人民幣（單位下同），同比增長97.09%；毛利1.49億元，同比增長76.91%；期內利潤1.04億元，同比增長82.59%；經調整淨利潤1.2億元，同比增長76.46%。截至2021年6月30日，公司的現金及現金等價物達到人民幣5.61億元，現金儲備充裕，財務結構健康。
公司服務的客户羣呈現快速增長且更加多元均衡的結構。截至2021年6月30日，公司已為垂直行業199個細分行業逾5,618名廣吿客户提供服務，主要包括互聯網服務及工具、網絡遊戲、電子商務、金融服務等。公司服務的廣吿客户數量由2020年上半年的470名同比增長17.02%至2021年上半年的550名。
截至本公吿日期，公司每月短視頻產能最高已突破18,000條，合拍平台連接的視頻創作者或機構超過380個，經由內容製作平台化與AI技術研發應用的賦能，公司實現了短視頻產能的規模擴大、成本降低及效能的提高。
截至2021年6月30日，公司所交付及程序化分發的短視頻歷史累計產生約逾6,190億次展示次數及逾1,532億次視頻觀看次數。本着對短視頻業務向全領域全平台的發展的預期，公司通過直接合作覆蓋最主要市場的五大短視頻平台，並與阿里集團、小紅書達成業務合作，形成對短視頻媒體及渠道市場的多面覆蓋。同時，藉由公司正在不斷升級的平台化技術服務能力，規模化的視頻產能與積累的豐厚內容創作經驗，把握住該等短視頻向更多領域滲透的機遇。
公吿顯示，截至2021年6月30日止六個月，公司展示次數（短視頻）達1279億次，上年同期為807.5億次；點閲量（短視頻）35.68億次，上年同期為16.43億次；點贊量（短視頻）2.69億次，上年同期為2.35億次。
公司的展示次數及點閲量於報吿期內大幅增加，反映公司短視頻營銷解決方案業務穩步增長。公司的點閲量由上年同期的2.0%增加0.79%至期間的2.79%，反映公司於擴展公司的線上營銷解決方案業務的努力及成功。公司的泛娛樂內容服務業務已經向原創內容轉型升級，正進一步開拓創意內容視頻生產、直播商業化運營等領域。
業務展望：公司將保持公司的媒體合作伙伴羣多樣化，繼續加深與頂尖網絡平台的合作，探索更多短視頻技術服務合作的形式；增強大數據分析及AI技術研發應用，推進短視頻營銷SaaS服務商業化，加快向平台服務商升級；捕捉行業機遇，加快開拓新業務領域，加強短視頻營銷生態服務佈局；選擇性尋求戰略合作、投資及收購機會，公司在積極尋求機會投資於或收購能夠補充或增強公司現有業務，能夠形成業務協同價值的長期戰略業務公司。公司目標鎖定於SaaS服務、大數據分析及AI能力、內容開發及製作、上下游協同合作伙伴及其他戰略資源方面具競爭優勢的公司。
