天臣控股(01201.HK)上半年預虧2.5億港元-2.7億港元
格隆匯8月23日丨天臣控股(01201.HK)公佈,預期集團截至2021年6月30日止六個月期間將錄得約2.50億港元至2.70億港元的淨虧損,而集團於2020年同期錄得約4900萬港元的淨溢利。
董事會認為,截至2021年6月30日止六個月的預期淨虧損主要歸因於(i)位於南昌的物業項目中之住宅單位延遲交付,使集團物業業務確認的收入大幅下降;(ii)2021年六月下旬,集團於渭南的生產基地發生火災事故,導致物業、廠房及設備以及存貨註銷及減值,該事故中未造成人員傷亡;及(iii)集團鋰離子動力電池業務的貿易及其他應收款項減值。
