佳兆業美好(02168.HK)公佈中期業績 純利增加約75.6% 物業管理合同總建築面積達1.21億平方米
格隆匯8月19日丨佳兆業美好(02168.HK)發佈公吿,截至2021年6月30日止6個月,公司總收益增加約78.8%至約人民幣13.25億元,毛利增加約72.6%至約人民幣4.32億元,公司擁有人應占溢利增加約75.6%至約人民幣2.09億元。
於2021年6月30日,物業管理總合同總建築面積及總在管建築面積分別約為1.21億平方米及8630萬平方米,分別較2020年12月31日的約7730萬平方米及5750萬平方米增加約56.4%及50.1%。
於2021年6月30日,集團物業管理服務已覆蓋中國17個省份、直轄市及自治區的53個城市,總在管建築面積達8630萬平方米,總物業管理數量為649個,當中包括278個住宅社區及371項非住宅物業,市場拓展勢頭強勁,物業種纇多元化,併發力公共城市服務,全域管理邁向新徵程。
着眼當下,持續做大做強佳兆業美好的業務是公司的核心訴求,通過協同母公司資源實現項目交付、優質標的收併購及增強自身品牌效應提升外拓三大動力,持續擴展業務規模。特別是通過挖掘母公司連接性舊改資源、培育新興業態,切入新業務賽道,進一步拓寬服務邊界,實現與競爭對手的差異化。同時維持服務質量,平衡服務和發展需求,實現對客户需求的深入瞭解,不斷開發新的增值服務業務,全面整合線上線下服務,為用户提供美好生活質量完整體驗的同時,拓寬經營思路,革新常規,用多維思維實現企業高速增長。
