《盈利預喜》中國金融發展(03623.HK)料中期轉賺 料錄淨溢利630萬人幣
中國金融發展(03623.HK)預期,截至2021年6月30日止六個月,由去年同期淨虧損約1,712萬元人民幣(下同)轉為淨溢利約630萬元,相當於增長約137%。主要原因是集團中期期間攤銷成本、支出及虧損大幅減少及期間的收入及收益超過該等成本。
另外,集團預計中期錄得收益約6,240萬元,較去年同期下跌約17%,主要原因為業務結構調整導致中期期間新增擔保業務有所減少;及存量擔保業務逐漸到期導致往年的年度遞延收益而在中期期間確認的擔保收入減少。
