麒麟集團控股(08109.HK)遭提出清盤呈請 將於10月13日舉行聆訊
格隆匯8月17日丨麒麟集團控股(08109.HK)公佈,此前稱香港高等法院原訟法庭命令公司向原吿支付判決款項950萬港元連同應計利息及法律費用8.5萬港元。
於2021年8月9日,原吿(作為呈請人)根據2021年高等法院公司清盤程序第291號下香港法例第32章公司(清盤及雜項條文)條例向公司提出清盤呈請。如呈請所載,於2021年8月6日,由於利息的進一步累算,公司欠呈請人的未償還判決總額為1099.67萬港元。呈請將於2021年10月13日舉行聆訊。
