愛得威建設集團(06189.HK)預期中期淨利400萬元
格隆匯8月17日丨愛得威建設集團(06189.HK)公吿,集團預計於截至2021年6月30日止6個月將錄得於人民幣400萬元的淨利潤,相對於2020年同期錄得的約人民幣2100萬元淨虧損(經重列),增加約人民幣2500萬元。
集團利潤上升主要原因為(i)集團因應對新冠病毒疫情而實施嚴格的成控制措施;(ii)新冠病毒疫情的影響緩解帶來景氣復甦與集團營業收入增加;及(iii)於上年同期公司對若干決算及付款流程延遲的大型項目曾計提重大減值。
