南京新百(600682.SH):控股股東自願延期相關限售股的鎖定期12個月
格隆匯8月7日丨南京新百(600682.SH)公佈,2018年8月14日,公司完成向控股股東三胞集團有限公司(“三胞集團”)發行180,738,946 股股份購買資產的股份登記工作,上述股份限售期為36個月。
鑑於三胞集團業績承諾期延期一年履行,三胞集團同時出具《關於業績承諾期調整後股份鎖定期延期12個月的承諾函》,承諾上述股份在原鎖定期結束之日起,再延長鎖定12個月。上述限售股原定解除限售日期為2021年8月16日,延期後解除限售日期為2022年8月16日。
