美联储局宣布大型银行新资本缓冲要求 10月起生效
美联储局宣布大型银行的最新资本缓冲要求,高盛(GS.US)及摩根士丹利(MS.US)的比例最大,被分别要求保留13.4%及13.2%的资本缓冲,并将于10月1日生效。
上述比率是联储局制定新资本缓冲制度的一部分,该制度允许联储局为每间银行设定资本要求,具体取决于每间银行在年度压力测试下面临损失的严重程度。
新的资本要求将结合大型银行的4.5%最低资本要求以及联储局的新资本缓冲要求,例如汇控(00005.HK)的北美业务就被联储局要求提供7.5%的资本缓冲。
