香港電訊-SS(06823.HK)上半年EBITDA升3%至57.15億港元 末期息25.09港仙
格隆匯8月5日丨香港電訊-SS(06823.HK)公佈中期業績，截至2021年6月30日止6個月，儘管疫情持續衝擊消費市場及商業活動，香港電訊在逐漸改善的營運環境下，錄得強健財務業績。
在社交距離措施維持的新常態下，傳輸及數碼轉型服務於疫情期間對消費者及各行業而言尤其重要。作為香港首屈一指的資訊及通訊科技服務供應商，香港電訊繼續致力為客户帶來卓越的網絡和數碼平台，並向消費者及商業客户提供創新增值服務和引人入勝的娛樂內容。
電訊服務業務憑藉其強健基礎，於期內繼續表現堅穩及多元化。香港電訊的光纖網絡品質卓越及穩定可靠，繼續帶動家居寬頻服務以及Smart Living方案的強勁需求。企業業務亦取得穩健增長勢頭，主要由於商業客户致力加強數碼轉型，以配合疫情下終端用户轉變中的行為及需求。因此，本地數據服務業務於期內錄得5%的收益增長。國際電訊業務放緩，主要源於話音批發服務相關的收益下降。故此，電訊服務收益於期內下跌1%至102.43億港元，EBITDA上升1%至38.24億港元。撇除國際電訊收益，本地電訊服務業務收益較去年同期上升5%。
於期內，流動通訊業務收益錄得12%的升幅，達51.08億港元。流動通訊服務收益保持穩定，為35.77億港元。客户新訂用及升級轉用5G服務，有效帶動每名客户平均消費額("ARPU")增長，本地核心收益較去年同期增加5%，足以抵銷全球旅遊限制持續令漫遊業務貢獻減少的影響。與此同時，受惠於5G手機升級週期，加上市民重拾消費信心，以及更多客户透過我們的數碼平台Club Shopping購物，手機銷售表現良好。於期內，流動通訊的EBITDA增加1%至20.72億港元，整體邊際利潤為41%。
收費電視業務(包括Now TV整六個月的貢獻)在上半年帶來12.31億港元收益及2.12億港元EBITDA，反映我們獨家播放歐洲國家盃2020TM帶動訂購服務及特定賽事通行證帶來的收益。於期內，NowTV的廣吿收益較去年同期取得48%的顯著增幅。
基於上述原因，期內的EBITDA總計按去年同期增加3%至57.15億港元。
香港電訊信託與香港電訊的股份合訂單位持有人應占溢利維持穩定，為19億港元，主要由於整合NowTV業務後以致較高的攤銷開支。每個股份合訂單位基本盈利為25.09港分。截至2021年6月30日止六個月的經調整資金流較去年同期上升2%至23.26億港元。每個股份合訂單位4的經調整資金流為30.70港分。
