大酒店(00045.HK)公布,今年第二季香港半島酒店平均可出租客房收入為937元,按年升1.66倍,按季升18.46%;平均房租為3,283元,按年升17.1%,按季亦升24.26%;出租率為29%,按年升16個百分點,按升微跌1個百分點。
在其他亞洲地區方面,次季平均可出租客房收入升至944元,按年升近83%;平均房租2,922元;出租率32%。至於美國及歐洲方面半島酒店平均可出租客房收入為2,215元,按年升1.27倍,平均房租5,737元,出租率39%。
出租物業方面,次季住宅每平方呎每月平均租金為49元,按年跌2元,按季就跌1元;出租率80%。商場每平方呎每月平均租金140元,按年跌26元,按季持平;出租率89%。辦公大樓按季每平方呎每月平均租金61元,按年及按季分別跌8元和7元;出租率93%。
