太古地產(01972.HK)6月底香港辦公樓租用率維持96% 上半年太古廣場租金跌11%
太古地產(01972.HK)公布,於今年6月底,香港辦公樓物業整體租用率為96%,與去年年底持平。其中,太古廣場租用率由去年底的95%,回升至今年6月底的98%,不過其租金於今年上半年錄得11%的下跌。而太古廣場一座/二座最新租金介乎每平方呎100元至120元,太古廣場三座則為90元。
香港零售物業方面,太古廣場購物商場於今年6月底租用率為96%,與去年年底持平,而上半年零售銷售額錄得36.2%增長。至於太古城中心租用率維持於100%,零售銷售額則增長4.5%。(ek/u)
