7月29日，中國大型知名民辦教育服務供應商21世紀教育(01598.HK)宣佈，公司將聯同山東省商業集團有限公司("魯商集團")，持續優化輸出優質教育服務業務，共同推進業務紮根山東。雙方將充分發揮各自在市場渠道、內容科技、經營管理等方面的優勢，以在山東成立的合資公司為基礎，深入實踐國有資本與民營資本混合所有制改革，積極投身國內經濟及新舊動能轉換。
