嘉化能源(600273.SH):公開發行可轉債批覆到期失效
格隆匯7月29日丨嘉化能源(600273.SH)公佈,公司在取得中國證監會批覆後,積極會同中介機構推進本次可轉換公司債券發行的各項工作,但鑑於資本市場環境、融資時機的變化,公司未能在中國證監會核準發行之日起12個月內(即2021年7月29日前)完成本次可轉債發行事宜,因此該批覆到期自動失效。
此次可轉債發行募集資金擬投資項目前期已通過自有資金和自籌資金方式先行投入,目前已順利投產。未能完成本次可轉債發行,不會對公司項目投資和生產經營活動產生實質性影響。
