碧桂園服務與阿里雲達成戰略合作，10萬人上線專屬釘釘
7月28日，碧桂園服務控股有限公司(簡稱碧桂園服務，06098.HK)與阿里雲聯合宣佈簽署戰略合作協議，阿里雲本次為碧桂園服務提供企業專屬釘釘，首期10萬人上線。此外，雙方將圍繞智慧物業管理、數字社區等方面展開深度合作，釘釘也將為碧桂園服務的用户提供更加精細和專業的服務。
碧桂園服務創立於1992年，於2018年6月19日正式登陸港交所，是目前穩居港股物企市值與估值龍頭的物業管理企業。經過29年的穩健發展，公司業務涵蓋住宅、商業、寫字樓、產業園、學校、公園及公建等多種業態。隨着公司業務版圖持續擴展，碧桂園服務希望能夠藉助釘釘平台實現組織管理簡約化、業務協同高效化。
雙方合作後，第一期有10萬人上線專屬釘釘，全面啟用了音視頻會議、統一企業通訊錄、智能填表、服務窗、小程序等應用，實現了便捷高效的辦公協同。同時碧桂園服務專屬釘釘聚焦物業服務業務，已集成考勤、票據等部分應用，可實現快速搭建應用，也為後續承載物企業務數字化打下基礎。
碧桂園服務CIO袁鴻凱表示：“數字化是物業行業轉型的必要條件，尤其是大型物業管理公司，其管理幅度和難度是相當大的，只有構建整體數字化平台，關注提升開放能力、應用能力、AI能力、大數據和物聯能力，才能有效提升人員效率，保持行業領先優勢。”
據記者瞭解，碧桂園服務和釘釘的生態方“酷學院”也達成合作。碧桂園服務將培訓系統(碧學堂)的行業知識課程，搬上酷學院，藉助釘釘的市場覆蓋率，把高標準的行業知識快速共享給物業同行。

“接下來，釘釘還將為碧桂園服務提供更多可複用的數字化底層能力，包括智能客服、運用低代碼快速開發應用等等，在‘收併購管理’、‘數字供應鏈’、‘社商服務’等核心業務場景中發揮重要價值。釘釘可以作為超級APP，同時滿足業務數字化和組織數字化雙重需求，成為碧桂園服務數字化轉型的重要生產力工具。”釘釘副總裁周鵬説道。
