宏光照明(06908.HK)訂立框架合作協議
格隆匯7月23日丨宏光照明(06908.HK)發佈公吿，2021年7月16日，公司與一間致力協助香港企業通過先進的技術應用及創新服務提升競爭力的法定機構訂立框架合作協議，以展開為期五年的合作。
為應對國際及地區工業發展的重大變動，中國香港一直積極推動“再工業化”，即藉着香港在研發、設計及知識產權保護以及創新技術方面的良好聲譽，精簡製造過程，以在本地發展高增值行業及工業供應鏈。因此，訂約雙方將積極配合推動“再工業化”，把握創新及科技發展所帶來的機遇，憑藉訂約雙方之間的緊密合作及各自的競爭優勢，推動香港半導體行業的創新發展及推動香港下一代半導體行業的“再工業化”。
合作方致力協助香港企業通過先進的技術應用及創新服務提升競爭力。為推動香港“再工業化”，合作方緊密配合與先進的技術應用及創新服務有關的其他法定機構的工作方向，全力協助行業掌握新一代先進製造技術，升級轉型為高附加值生產，推動創新企業及新興產業發展，實現“產業化”目標。
自於2021年五月完成收購GSRGO集團及於2021年6月簽訂先前合作協議以來，集團憑藉其於半導體制造方面的行業專業知識及各類半導體(包括LED及GaN相關產品)的研發工作，一直髮展其快速充電電池解決方案業務。框架合作協議體現合作方對香港快速充電電池解決方案業務的支持，併為集團提供機會於香港為其快速充電電池解決方案業務及半導體產品(GaN相關產品)的研發工作建立據點。此亦意味着，藉着張先生以及其他來自以色列及中國台灣的專家等集團領軍人才的襄助，集團於快速充電及半導體技術方面的研發能力獲得官方認可。
框架合作協議增強董事對電動電池系統、相關快速充電解決方案及半導體產品(GaN相關產品)的市場潛力的信心，董事對此一直抱持樂觀態度。集團有機會根據框架合作協議與合作方合作進行不同電子產品的半導體合作技術研發活動，亦有助集團落實多元擴展其現有LED及半導體產品應用的業務計劃。
