《滬深兩市》上證深成半日升0.6%至1.1% 創板升2% 芯片半導體股走高
人行今日(21日)開展100億元人民幣(下同)7天期逆回購操作，今日有100億元逆回購到期；中標利率2.2%持平。人幣中間價上調20點。上證深成高開高走，其中創業板表現強勢。
上證指數半日升21點或0.6%，收報3,558點，成交額近3,199億元；深證成指升169點或1.1%，報15,180點，成交額近4,207億元。滬深300指數升35點或0.7%，報5,144點；創業板指升68點或2%，近高收報3,532點，成交額1,793億元。科創50指數升3.3%近高收，報1,752點。
中資金融股偏軟，工行(601398.SH)、建行(601939.SH)分別跌0.2%、0.5%。
水利建設概念股大幅高開，青龍管業(002457.SZ)、韓建河山(603616.SH)、納川股份(300198.SZ)漲停。泰福泵業(300992.SZ)漲11.3%。河南鄭州罕見暴雨，防汛應急響應升級，現造成12人死亡。
部份鋼鐵股造好，包鋼股份(600010.SH)漲停。撫順特鋼(600399.SH)、首鋼股份(000959.SZ)、山東鋼鐵(600022.SH)升2.1%至5.9%。
汽車股走強，長城汽車(601633.SH)漲停。公司上半年賺34.98億元，按年增205%。廣汽集團(601238.SH)、福田汽車(600166.SH)、東風汽車(600006.SH)、江淮汽車(600418.SH)升3.5%至9.3%
鋰電池股再掀漲停潮，久吾高科(300631.SZ)、江特電機(002176.SZ)、融捷股份(002192.SZ)、康盛股份(002418.SZ)、贛鋒鋰業(002460.SZ)均漲停。
半導體芯片股走高，芯海科技(688595.SH)、立昂微(605358.SH)、康強電子(002119.SZ)、北方華創(002371.SZ)漲停。芯源微(688037.SH)、北京君正(300223.SZ)分別漲17.3%、9.7%。
內地優化生育政策促進人口長期均衡發展，包括取消社會撫養費，政策刺激三胎概念、輔助生殖股走高，長江健康(002435.SZ)漲停。共同藥業(300966.SZ)、康芝藥業(300086.SZ)、西部牧業(300106.SZ)升2.8%至7.9%。
