傳必和必拓考慮剝離石油及天然氣業務 或涉逾150億美元
《彭博通訊社》引述消息人士報道,必和必拓正考慮出售石油及天然氣業務,以加快退出化石燃料市場的步伐。據悉上述業務今年的收入預計超過20億美元,估值或達到150億美元以上。
消息人士稱,必和必拓正在審查石油業務,考慮包括出售業務等各類選擇,但目前審查仍處於早期階段,尚未作出最終決定。
必和必拓的大部分收入來自銅及鐵礦石業務,於2018年以104億美元將頁巖油業務出售予英國石油(BP)。必和必拓發言人迴應指,不對傳聞或猜測作出任何評論。(mn/W)~
