東南網架(002135.SZ)：擬增加經營範圍 涉及發電、光伏設備及電子專用材料等
格隆匯7月20日丨東南網架(002135.SZ)公佈，公司於2021年7月20日召開的第七屆董事會第十次會議，審議通過了《關於增加公司經營範圍的議案》、《關於修訂<公司章程>的議案》。公司根據實際生產經營情況及業務發展的需要，擬在原經營範圍的基礎上增加部分新業務領域，並將相關經營範圍表述統一按照國家市場監督總局制定的經營範圍規範表述目錄進行調整。
同時根據《上市公司章程指引》、《中華人民共和國證券法》、《深圳證券交易所上市公司規範運作指引》等有關法律、法規和規範性文件的規定以及進一步規範公司治理要求，並結合公司戰略規劃及經營管理需要，對《公司章程》部分條款進行修訂和完善。
變更後經營範圍：許可項目：房屋建築和市政基礎設施項目工程總承包；建設工程勘察；建設工程設計；建設工程監理；施工專業作業；住宅室內裝飾裝修；消防設施工程施工；建築智能化系統設計；建築智能化工程施工；各類工程建設活動；建築勞務分包；貨物進出口；技術進出口；林木種子生產經營；餐飲服務；發電、輸電、供電業務。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動，具體經營項目以相關部門批准文件或許可證件為準)
一般項目：金屬結構製造；金屬結構銷售；金屬材料製造；金屬材料銷售；黑色金屬鑄造；金屬製品銷售；建築材料銷售；輕質建築材料製造；輕質建築材料銷售；體育場地設施工程施工；土石方工程施工；園林綠化工程施工；金屬門窗工程施工；工程管理服務；對外承包工程；污水處理及其再生利用；工程和技術研究和試驗發展；建築信息模型技術開發、技術諮詢、技術服務；技術服務、技術開發、技術諮詢、技術交流、技術轉讓、技術推廣；建築工程機械與設備租賃；機械設備銷售；特種設備銷售；專用設備修理；化工產品銷售（不含許可類化工產品）；物業管理；單位後勤管理服務；裝卸搬運；停車場服務；非居住房地產租賃；住房租賃；新興能源技術研發；太陽能發電技術服務；太陽能熱發電產品銷售；光伏設備及元器件製造；光伏設備及元器件銷售；光伏發電設備租賃；電子專用材料研發；電子專用材料製造；電子專用材料銷售；機械電氣設備銷售；電氣設備修理；合同能源管理。(除依法須經批准的項目外，憑營業執照依法自主開展經營活動)
此次變更後的公司經營範圍以市場監督管理部門最終核准登記的內容為準。
