雪迪龍(002658.SZ)：擬牽頭設立北京中關村大氣污染防治協同創新發展有限公司
格隆匯7月18日丨雪迪龍(002658.SZ)公佈，公司牽頭建設的中關村大氣污染防治協同創新中心(“創新中心”)，經北京市科學技術委員會、中關村科技園區管理委員會黨組會審議通過，已入選中關村示範區高精尖產業協同創新平台體系名單，並於2021年6月完成公示獲批。
創新中心將按照《中關村國家自主創新示範區高精尖產業協同創新平台建設管理辦法(試行)》(中科園發〔2019〕42號)有關規定進行實體組建及運行。
公司於2021年7月16日下午15:00召開第四屆董事會第十一次會議，會議以7票同意，0票反對，0票棄權的結果審議通過了《關於牽頭設立北京中關村大氣污染防治協同創新發展有限公司的議案》，會議同意公司作為牽頭單位，與北京眾藍科技有限公司、北京華易智美城鎮規劃研究院(有限合夥)共同出資設立“北京中關村大氣污染防治協同創新發展有限公司”(暫定名，“新公司”)，作為中關村大氣污染防治協同創新中心的運營載體，通過建設運營創新中心開展技術研究、開發應用、產業轉化等工作，以促進大氣污染防治產業健康發展，為北京市加快構建高精尖經濟結構提供支撐服務。
新公司註冊資金為3000萬元，其中，雪迪龍出資2600萬元，北京眾藍科技有限公司出資200萬元，北京華易智美城鎮規劃研究院出資200萬元。
新公司成立後，主要是作為創新中心的運營載體，負責創新中心的建設及運營。創新中心圍繞大氣污染防治產業培育與轉型升級的需要，開展政產學研用深度融合創新，充分整合技術、人才、資本、服務等各類資源要素，建設產業技術創新體系和生態圈，促進產業上下游和大中小企業融通發展。重點圍繞“減污降碳，協同增效”和“細顆粒物與臭氧協同控制”等業務領域的關鍵核心技術，開展聯合攻關和成果轉化，強化新技術持續供給能力，積極開展大氣污染防治先進經驗的推廣，促進大氣污染防治產業的健康發展，助力生態環境質量持續改善和“雙碳”目標的實現，逐漸將創新中心發展成為集管理、研發、應用、市場、投融資為一體的綜合性專業化科技協同創新中心。
