上峯水泥(000672.SZ)：擬斥2億元參設中建材(安徽)新材料產業投資基金
格隆匯7月16日丨上峯水泥(000672.SZ)公佈，為響應黨和國家關於混合所有制改革及產業創新升級發展號召，充分發揮公司混合所有制基礎機制優勢，優化公司資產結構與資源配置，促進公司創新升級與長期可持續增長髮展，根據公司“一主兩翼”、穩中求進發展戰略規劃，公司擬以全資子公司浙江上峯建材有限公司(簡稱“上峯建材”)為出資主體，出資2億元參與設立中建材(安徽)新材料產業投資基金(有限合夥)(暫定名，具體以工商登記核准為準，簡稱“中建材新材料產業基金”)。
中建材新材料產業基金目標總規模為200億元(具體以最終實際募集的資金金額為準)，其中首期規模為150億元，分別由中國國有企業混合所有制改革基金、國家制造業轉型升級基金股份、國新控股、中建材私募基金管理(北京)有限公司、中建材聯合投資有限公司、中國建材、安徽省三重一創產業發展基金、蚌埠市產業引導基金、蕪湖產業投資基金、海螺水泥、合肥建投、上峯建材、深創投、中信證券投資等14家單位共同出資設立，其中普通合夥人中建材私募基金管理(北京)有限公司為基金管理人。
中建材新材料產業基金設立時的執行事務合夥人為中建材私募基金管理(北京)有限公司，後續擬由基金管理人與各合夥人或其關聯方共同設立一家有限責任公司作為執行事務合夥人，執行事務合夥人暫定名為中建材新材料基金管理有限公司(最終以企業登記機關核准的名稱為準)。
中建材新材料產業基金將重點投資於新材料產業，包括但不限於纖維及複合材料、玻璃基材料、膜材料、光電材料、晶體材料等新材料領域，適當投資於涉及產業轉型升級相關材料領域；中建材新材料產業基金側重支持成長期、成熟期企業發展，側重對接安徽省戰略性新興產業集聚發展基地、試驗基地，重點支持戰略性新興產業鏈核心環節的重點企業、重大項目，重點支持戰略性新興產業重大產業工程、重大產業專項。
