據報萬洲「太子爺」萬洪建自述被免職因與父親意見不合 雙方並無鬥爭
萬洲國際(00288.HK)於6月宣佈,免去萬洪建包括執行董事、董事會副主席以及集團副總裁等職位,理由是他對公司的財物作出不當的攻擊行爲。
據內媒《第一財經》報道,萬洪建在朋友圈發文稱,在今年6月3日,他和父親,即主席兼行政總裁萬隆談論一個高層管理人員任職的問題,因雙方發生分歧,被萬隆訓斥,情緒激動下以拳頭砸向父親的辦公室靠牆的房門,再以頭撞擊玻璃牆櫃宣泄,之後被保鏢摁倒在地,並被要求拍照取證。
萬洪建迴應《新京報》貝殼財經時指,萬隆去年做了第十四五規劃,打算繼續任職5年以上,並沒有接班人的計劃,又指自己在公司沒有甚麼權利,與父親無鬥爭之說,只是因業務上提出了不同看法觸怒了他。
