GlobalFoundries否認獲英特爾300億美元洽購報道
《華爾街日報》引述消息人土報道,英特爾(INTC.US)正就以約300億美元收購美國半導體製造商 GlobalFoundries進行洽商。
不過GlobalFoundries發言人迴應指,沒有與英特爾進行談判。
GlobalFoundries由阿布扎比主權財富基金Mubadala Investment所持有,其生產業務遍及美國、歐洲及亞洲。上月有傳Mubadala Investment考慮在今年稍後安排GlobalFoundries上市。
