民生銀行(01988.HK)股東中國泛海3.88億持股被司法拍賣
民生銀行(01988.HK)公佈,北京市第二中級人民法院將於今年8月13日10時至14日10時,在北京市第二中級人民法院阿裏巴巴司法拍賣網絡平臺上公開拍賣中國泛海持有的公司3.888億股A股,佔總股本約0.89%。原因是中國泛海因債務糾紛被平安信託依據公證債權文書向法院申請強制執行。
目前,中國泛海及其一致行動人持有民行30.39億股,佔總股本6.94%。其中,質押股26.47億股,佔持股比例87.09%;司法凍結股3.888億股,佔持股比例12.79%。
