新灃集團(01223.HK)公布,於今日(14日),潛在買方Silk Road II Holdings Pte. Ltd.與公司簽訂一份除專屬期外無法律約束力的條款書。條款書有關潛在出售公司間接全資擁有的雄城(香港)的75%已發行股份。條款書專屬期為由條款書日期起計三個月。
目標公司持有廈門尚柏奧萊(物業)及廈門尚柏奧萊商業管理。
