遇見小面獲碧桂園創投領投逾1億人幣融資 估值增至近30億人幣
碧桂園(02007.HK)旗下碧桂園創投表示,內地麵食快餐品牌「遇見小面」近日完成新一輪融資,由碧桂園創投領投、喜家德跟投,金額超過1億元人民幣,預期投後估值近30億元人民幣。
此次融資將用於遇見小面的品牌建設、數字化建設、門店拓展、供應鏈建設及點位佈局、社區零售和智能化探索等業務,計劃三年內門店數量增長至1,000間。
遇見小面於2014年在廣州成立,目前已在全國12個城市開設近150間門店。碧桂園創投今年3月曾領投遇見小面的數千萬元人民幣融資,其股東並包括青驄資本、百福控股(01488.HK)、九毛九(09922.HK)等。
另外碧桂園千璽機器人集團亦與遇見小面達成簡快餐麵食領域智能化合作,目前首家智能化餐廳碧桂園總部店已開業。
