格隆匯7月9日丨綠地控股(600606.SH)公吿，2021年6月，公司新增房地產項目7個，情況如下：
1、安徽宣城市股權收購項目。該項目位於宣城市宣州區濱湖路與響山路交口西南角。項目用地面積約14.25萬平方米，容積率1.6，計容建築面積約22.78萬平方米，土地用途為住宅用地。公司收購了該項目24%權益，收購價1.97億元。
2、湖南長沙雨花區長沙之門總部項目。該項目位於京港澳高速東輔道以東，曲塘路以南，黎託路以西，9號路以北。項目用地面積約17.71萬平方米，容積率3.68，計容建築面積約65.23萬平方米，土地用途為商住用地，總地價27.03億元。公司擁有該項目100%權益。
3、山東泰安市天平湖項目2021-9號、2021-10號地塊。該項目位於桃花源路以東，石敢當街以南，規劃六路以西，規劃一路以北。項目用地面積約15.49萬平方米，容積率1.2，計容建築面積約18.59萬平方米，土地用途為商住用地，總地價8.56億元。公司擁有該項目100%權益。
4、河南商丘日月湖項目商土網掛2021-22號地塊。該項目北至張巡路，南至華商大道，西至騰飛路，東至創新路。項目用地面積約7.27萬平方米，容積率2.7，計容建築面積約19.64萬平方米，土地用途為住宅用地，總地價3.82億元。公司擁有該項目51%權益。
5、江蘇揚州邗江區47.8畝住宅收購項目。該項目位於花園南路東側，學士路北側。項目用地面積約3.18萬平方米，容積率1.4，計容建築面積約4.44萬平方米，土地用途為住宅用地。公司收購了該項目60%權益，收購價0.82億元。
6、江蘇蘇州吳江WJ-J-2021-002地塊。該項目東至興東路，南至柵橋路，西至龐東路，北至湖心東路。項目用地面積約14.44萬平方米，容積率1.8，計容建築面積約26.00萬平方米，土地用途為二類居住用地，總地價25.46億元。公司擁有該項目50%權益。
7、江蘇蘇州吳江WJ-J-2021-013地塊。該項目東至芳甸路，南至雲灣路，西至雲灣路，北至古塘路。項目用地面積約6.57萬平方米，容積率1.5，計容建築面積約9.86萬平方米，土地用途為商業用地，總地價3.80億元。公司擁有該項目50%權益。
