安諾其(300067.SZ)：與魔力薇薇簽署戰略合作協議
格隆匯7月8日丨安諾其(300067.SZ)公佈，為進一步拓展公司數碼消費品業務，更好地推動公司大數碼戰略佈局和發展，近日，公司與魔力薇薇(上海)服飾科技有限公司(“魔力薇薇”、“MOLY VIVI”或“目標公司”)簽署了《戰略合作協議》。
甲方：上海安諾其集團股份有限公司；乙方：魔力薇薇(上海)服飾科技有限公司；雙方合作業務內容如下：
1、甲方擁有完整的數碼印花產業鏈資源，包括產品及圖案設計、智能製造工廠等，可以滿足乙方在運動服飾領域的個性化定製及呈現。
2. 甲方在紡織染料行業深耕多年，擁有專業的面料染色技術開發團隊，能夠滿足乙方在科技類服飾面料開發染色方面提供全面的支持和合作。
3. 乙方為電商行業深耕多年的團隊，具備豐富的品牌運營經驗和電商零售運營經驗，可為甲方的數碼印花消費品產品提供全面的運營方案支持及合作。
4. 甲乙雙方後續在紡織消費品領域建設方面展開全面合作，包括但不限於成立研發合資公司、產品開發、團隊共建等，打造國內具有影響力的消費品品牌公司。
魔力薇薇成立於2019年是一家科技運動服飾公司，其將科技時尚與運動服飾相結合，打破傳統運動服飾的單調風格，研製開發出具備更高性能、更舒適、更時尚、更具科技感的女性新時代運動服飾。其創始人團隊在產品研發、供應鏈管理和電商運營方面具有豐富的經驗，成立短短兩年間，MOLY VIVI品牌通過打造爆款產品，用精準的營銷網絡及營銷策略滿足了年輕女性對服裝運動功能及時尚的需求，品牌影響力不斷增強，熱銷的魔力褲已通過線上及線下銷售渠道銷售覆蓋中國、中國台灣、意大利、馬來西亞、新加坡等國家與地區。魔力薇薇已然成為“小而美”的時尚運動品牌，成功吸引知名風投機構經緯創投的A輪投資。
而公司在數碼科技時尚領域，也早已開展布局。2018年，公司成立上海尚乎數碼科技有限公司，建立數碼消費品個性化定製平台，致力於以色彩數碼科技為核心的終端數碼定製市場。公司以互聯網交互式大數據平台為載體，採用線上、線下相融合的新營銷、新思路模式，目前產品覆蓋：絲巾、T恤衞衣、家居紡織品等，為個人、團隊、企業、行業、城市量身定製符合文化立意、倡導文化理念、體現形象價值的專屬產品，同年，公司成立煙台尚乎數碼科技有限公司，建設數碼消費品打印智造基地，擁有數碼絲巾、T恤、襪子生產線，以確保公司數碼產品的品質穩定及產品供應。
截止目前公司已擁有完整的數碼印花產業鏈資源，基於公司在數碼印花消費品的戰略佈局，此次通過參股魔力薇薇並開展戰略合作，將有利於雙方發揮各自的特長和優勢，通過雙方在產業資源、市場資源、營銷資源等方面的優勢，展開關於品牌推廣、國產消費品、數碼印花、面料染色方案、電商平台運營等方面的深度合作，達到雙方共贏的目標。本協議的簽署符合公司發展戰略及股東的長遠利益，不會對公司本年度財務狀況及經營業績構成重大影響。
