大成糖業(03889.HK)確認一次性收益 料中期業績重大改善
大成糖業(03889.HK)公佈,於截至2021年5月31日止五個月錄得淨利潤約2,320萬元。因此,預期截至2021年6月30日止6個月的中期業績將較去年同期所錄得約1.51億元之虧損淨額出現重大改善。
該重大改善主要是由於集團與長春潤德投資所訂立回購協議於2021年3月31日落實後,確認超過1億元之一次性收益所致。
另外,集團若幹附屬暫停營運的情況於該期間持續。因此,預期集團中期的收益較去年同期錄得不超過30%的減幅。儘管如此,根據初步審閱,倘不計及確認回購協議產生的一次性收益,集團截至5月底止的虧損淨額亦較去年同期錄得約20%的減幅。集團將繼續致力落實其他主要未償還債務的債務重組計劃,以改善其財務狀況並在實際可行情況下儘快恢復上述附屬公司的營運。
