陳帆:(當刀)房租金加幅上限已考慮租戶及業主權益
政府計劃落實(當刀)房租務管制措施,引入四年租住權保障,租金加幅最高15%。運輸及房屋局長陳帆出席電臺節目表示,在制定租金加幅上限時已平衡租戶權益及業主私有產權,他指出有關加幅是每兩年的加幅,參考差估署過去廿年的數字時,發現有相當多年份的租金加幅都超過15%,其中2011年更增加超過33%,重申加幅不可以超過差估署私人住宅物業租金指數變化。
陳帆表示新措施規定租客和業主必須簽訂標準合約,現時大部分(當刀)房業主都有與租客簽訂租約,相信日後情況會更好,未來會透過租客及非政府支援機構監察落實情況。
