报道指阳光城(000671.SZ)中票疑遭外资做空
据《第一财经》报道,社交媒体上流日前流出一份债券发行人阳光城(000671.SZ)给中国银行间市场交易商协会的投诉材料。文件中表示,阳光城的一期中票交易价格大幅偏离估值,交易方或涉嫌操纵市场和利益输送。
报道称,所谓「异常交易」的持有人是「HONG KONG MONETARY AUTHORITY CMU」,即香港金管局的账户,代表着交易方是离岸机构通过债券通进行的交易。
报道从多位知情人士确认,举报方确实为阳光城。阳光城方面则对此事暂不予置评。
