東方證券(03958.HK)發盈喜,料今年首六個月純利介乎24.42億元人民幣(下同)至27.47億元,按年增長60%至80%。扣除非經常性損益後純利介乎23.65億元至26.7億元,按年增長64%至86%。
公司表示,今年上半年資本市場表現活躍,公司經營形勢穩中向好,各項業務均衡發展,經營業績顯著增長。期內,公司業績變動的主要原因為資管、經紀、投行等業務手續費淨收入及聯營企業投資收益按年增加,信用減值計提按年減少。
