《滬深兩市》上證半日失守3,600關 深成創板跌0.3%-1% 寧德時代成深市市值最高股份
人民銀行今再開展300億元人民幣(下同)7天期逆回購操作，人幣中間價上調11點。上證深成開市個別發展，其後走勢雙雙向下，上證低開低走，失守3,600點關，深成創板高開低走。
上證低見3,571，半日跌34點，近低收報3,572點；深成跌148點或1%，收報15,002點；滬深300指數跌66點或1.3%，報5,185點；創業板指數跌9點或0.3%，收報3,402點，成交1,446億元。滬深兩市成交分別爲2,817億元及3,523億元。
中資金融股偏軟，工行(601398.SH)、建行(601939.SH)分別跌0.2%、0.6%。
煤炭概念未止跌，潞安環能(601699.SH)、新集能源(601918.SH)、寶豐能源(600989.SH)、恆源煤電(600971.SH)跌4%-5.8%。
汽車股走低，小康股份(601127.SH)、北汽藍谷(600733.SH)分別挫9.5%、7.4%。東風汽車(600006.SH)、江淮汽車(600418.SH)、長安汽車(000625.SZ)跌2.1%-4.9%。
醫美概念股逆市造好，太極集團(600129.SH)漲停。蘇寧環球(000718.SZ)、昊海生科(688366.SH)、愛美客(300896.SZ)分別揚9%、5.7%、2.9%。
軟件服務、鴻蒙、華爲概念股走高，拓維信息(002261.SZ)漲停。中科信息(300678.SZ)、東方國信(300166.SZ)、卓易信息(688258.SH)、數字認證(300579.SZ)分別漲18.8%、13.3%、8.9%、6.2%。
與特斯拉續簽合同，寧德時代(300750.SZ)升2.8%。寧德時代市值達1.18萬億元，成爲深市市值最高股份。
中國一重(601106.SH)擬購中品聖德38.74%股權，股價漲停。
凱撒旅業(000796.SZ)、衆信旅遊(002707.SZ)漲停。凱撒旅業擬換股吸收合併衆信旅遊，交易金額62.44億元。
吉宏股份(002803.SZ)升5.3%。公司擬收購貴州釣臺貢酒業有限公司不低於70%股權。不過，吉宏股份收關注函，要說明擬收購古窖酒業資產的資金來源安排，公司是否具備足夠支付能力，籌資收購古窖酒業資產對公司資金狀況的影響，是否可能導致公司出現流動性風險，及時、充分提示風險。(ta/a)
