寶尊電商-SW(09991.HK)擬全資收購奕尚以進一步擴大時尚品牌領域影響力
格隆匯6月29日丨寶尊電商-SW(09991.HK)發佈公吿，2021年6月28日，協助品牌在中國執行其電商策略的領先品牌電商服務合作伙伴寶尊宣佈其與中國領先的時尚品牌電商解決方案提供商上海奕尚網絡信息有限公司(“奕尚”)簽署最終協議，以全現金的交易方式收購奕尚100%股權，取決於慣例成交條件的達成，預計本次交易將於2021年三季度完成。
奕尚成立於2008年，總部位於上海，是一家專注於將國際時尚品牌引入中國的電商解決方案提供商。其為品牌提供一站式電子商務解決方案，包括品牌諮詢、店鋪運營、數字營銷、IT系統解決方案、客户服務等。奕尚目前已經發展成為國內領先的時尚品牌電子商務服務商之一，客户包括眾多國際知名時尚、運動、奢侈品牌。
本次收購是寶尊執行其三至五年中期戰略計劃以推動未來增長的又一舉措。通過收購奕尚，寶尊將進一步滲透服飾品類並鞏固其領導地位。併購後奕尚會作為寶尊電商的一個子品牌，雙方結合綜合優勢，為抓住高潛力品牌的增長空間提前佈局。
