李小加:互聯網及數字化助發展小微企投資
前港交所(00388.HK)行政總裁李小加於網上論壇上表示,中國小微企存在巨大潛力,不過現時面對融資難、融資貴、投資不可能等挑戰。過去市場認為投資小微企風險高,他指小微企對實體經濟反應敏銳,雖每個單體沒有多大投資潛力,但整體存在巨大潛力。
他表示,現時投資小微企需要作出改變,首先是產品上需自過往的信貸投放轉為投資,向其注入資金作發展。另外資金來源亦應改變,過往小微企發展過於依賴銀行及國家資金,李小加指應轉向商業投資。至於中國小微企數目眾多,亦遍布全國各地,難以逐個考察,不過現時可透過互聯網及數字化掌握其業務表現。在價格發現方面,亦應轉向由上而下,非以獨立個體為單位,而是以行業性、區域性及組合性區分。
被問及為何會自專責巨企上市的交易所轉向發展小微企投資,李小加指發展中國小微企是很困難的事,但困難的事更有挑戰性,而且從前小微企投資是不可能,現在則有可能性。
