腾讯(00700.HK)全球总部深圳 「企鹅岛」开工建设 总投资370亿人币
内媒报道,腾讯(00700.HK)於深圳的全球总部「互联网+」未来科技城正动土建设。报道引述宝安区发改局消息指,腾讯大铲湾项目去年已取得建设许可,目前正在进行基坑支护施工。腾讯回应指,已经动工的地块正是「企鹅岛」项目。
据指,腾讯大铲湾项目分一期和二期,用地面积80.9万平方米,总建筑面积200万平方米,计划总投资达370亿元人民币。有消息指,一期建设项目计划将於2024年12月竣工,料於2025年前建成投用,二期则计划2026年11月竣工。
