國際醫學(000516.SZ)：與泰格醫藥簽訂戰略合作協議
格隆匯6月16日丨國際醫學(000516.SZ)公佈，公司於2021年6月16日在上海市與杭州泰格醫藥科技股份有限公司(“泰格醫藥”)籤訂了《戰略合作協議》，為積極響應“健康中國2030”戰略，促進大健康事業發展，雙方本着“加強合作、優勢互補、共同發展、雙贏互利”的原則，擬於未來就雙方公司業務展開長期戰略合作，經公司與泰格醫藥在平等、自願的基礎上友好協商達成上述協議。
雙方為了整合各自優勢產業資源，聚焦醫藥醫療產業平台的深度融合，推動“醫、教、研、產、投”協同，打造醫療產業高質量發展創新模式，以共同合作進行藥物臨牀試驗與開發為契機，全面啟動雙方戰略合作，並進一步拓展合作的廣度和深度。
合作內容如下：1.合作打造一流的研究型醫院。借鑑國際先進經驗和行業領先的研究型醫院建設管理的成功經驗，加速推動國際醫學旗下醫院建設成為國內大型的一流研究型醫院，共同提升醫院學科實力、醫療技術水平、藥物臨牀實驗效率、質量與規模。
2.合作建設臨牀醫學研究生學院。雙方探索建設醫學及臨牀試驗科學教育或培訓機構，引進相應醫學院校參與，以西安國際醫學中心醫院為依託，加快建設“臨牀醫學研究生學院”，培養臨牀醫學人才，為雙方業務及雙方行業輸送培訓專業人才。
3.通過醫藥臨牀研究項目合作、共建臨牀試驗機構運營管理公司，探索建立醫藥研發服務的行業標杆、覆蓋陝西省及西北地區研發服務平台並共同探索市場化的臨牀試驗機構運營管理商業模式。幫助醫院建設高標準GCP中心，提升標準、流程和管理規範，提升藥物臨牀研究的水平和效率。
4.合作開展產業鏈資源合作。對雙方產業鏈上，所涉及的醫藥、器械、醫療、信息化等行業資源進行整合對接，資源共享，融合創新，打造產業整合升級的平台。
5.合作發起CVC企業戰略基金。圍繞雙方產業資源和行業創新項目選擇投資，構建產業資源生態圈和佈局未來產業升級的前瞻項目，為雙方的長期發展戰略服務。
根據公司董事會、股東大會確定的發展戰略，利用現有醫療服務資源平台，抓住醫療服務行業蓬勃發展的歷史機遇，加快醫療服務業務發展，擴大醫療服務業務規模，增強公司的核心競爭力與盈利能力，是公司發展的主要方向。
