花旗財務總監:料經濟增長強勁 惟企業業務放緩
外電報道,花旗集團(CN)財務總監Mark Mason表示,隨着更多人接種疫苗,今年經濟將強勁復甦,但警告難以因此提高銀行的利潤,因爲企業業務放緩以及成本上升。
Mason稱,今次經濟復甦是由消費者主導,預計消費者貸款在下半年有所回升,但企業貸款增長不會出現大幅上升,而本季度投行業務收入可能會降至中低單位數,同時由於該行繼續投資於投資銀行及財富管理等領域,意味着開支將會較預期高。
Mason還表示,預計下個月將收到潛在買家對亞洲、歐洲、中東及非洲市場零售業務的報價。
