格隆匯6月15日丨廣州發展(600098.SH)公佈,公司控股股東廣州國資發展控股有限公司一致行動人廣州國發資本管理有限公司(“國發資本”)於2021年6月15日通過上海證券交易所集中競價交易系統增持了公司股份160.14萬股,並計劃自該次增持之日起6個月內通過上海證券交易所繫統集中競價方式擇機增持公司股份,擬累計增持金額不低於人民幣2000萬元,不超過2億元(含2021年6月15日已增持的額度),增持計劃不設價格區間。
