《大行报告》瑞信降富力(02777.HK)评级至「跑输大市」 目标价下调至8.7元
瑞信发表报告表示,富力(02777.HK)今年首五个月录得合同销售额为520亿元人民币,按年升8%,相当於达到公司全年销售目标1,500亿元人民币的35%,略低於市场平均水平之38%。
报告补充,富力高於同业的去杠杆压力对其可售资源的补充产生更多的约束,不利於其销售增长前景,该行预计其2020至2023年度销售年复合增长率仅为3%,低於同业之9%;下调其2021至2022年度盈利预测各50%,目标价由9.84元降至8.7元,且由「中性」降至「跑输大市」评级。
