廣電運通(002152.SZ)：與城市更新、智創基金等等擬共設數字金融研究院
格隆匯6月14日丨廣電運通(002152.SZ)公佈，為加快推動數字科技賦能金融，提高廣州在數字金融方向的頂層設計能力，公司與廣州城市更新集團有限公司(“城市更新”)、廣州城發智創股權投資合夥企業(有限合夥)(“智創基金”)、廣州越秀金融科技有限公司(“越秀金科”)、廣州金融發展服務中心有限公司(“廣州金服”)、廣州金融科技股份有限公司(“廣州金科”)擬共同出資設立廣州數字金融創新研究院有限公司(“數字金融研究院”)，註冊資本為5000萬元，其中，公司以自有資金出資3600萬元，佔註冊資本的72%。
各方在收到數字金融研究院發出的《繳納認繳註冊資本的通知》後10個工作日內將認繳出資額的50%注入其賬户，首次實繳註冊資本2500萬元，其中，公司首期實繳1800萬元，剩餘50%出資額根據數字金融研究院實際經營情況逐步實繳。
數字金融研究院定位為數字金融創新發展的思想庫、智囊團，將聚集國內數字科技與數字金融領域一流的產業專家、技術專家與行業專家，針對數字金融創新在各領域賦能實體經濟，開展包括理論研究、頂層設計、戰略謀劃、前瞻研判、政策解讀等各項研究，構建政、產、學、研、用的聯繫機制，為數字金融產業改革創新發展提供多元化、高層次服務的智力支撐，為國內數字金融新基建提供金融創新動力。
廣電運通發展數字金融的模式是“技術+應用場景+生態+資本”，數字金融研究院是構建該模式的關鍵一環。一是數字金融研究院將為廣電運通開展數字金融業務從政策導向、產業發展、戰略規劃等不同維度提供高層次高質量的頂層設計，有利於廣電運通準確把握數字金融創新方向，二是數字金融研究院的設立，有利於廣電運通進一步完善數字金融領域的核心技術，搭建具有更強創新力的研發平台，進一步加大關鍵核心技術攻關，構建公司數字金融領域的技術壁壘，提升公司在數字金融領域的核心競爭力；三是有利於廣電運通快速開展數字金融創新業務的拓展，構建完善的產業生態與應用場景。
