濱海投資(02886.HK)擬贖回100萬股可贖回優先股 涉資5,000萬元
濱海投資(02886.HK)公布,目前公司已發行704萬股可贖回優先股,全數由泰港置業持有。
公司指,鑒於股份已自恢復買賣日期起於聯交所恢復買賣超過12年;公司自2013年起於每個財政年度宣派及派付末期股息;及截至今年5月31日每股攤薄資產淨值為1.65元等,達成該等可贖回條件及經考慮集團之財務狀況後,董事會議決公司將向泰港置業發出通知,按每股可贖回優先股50元之贖回金額贖回100萬股可贖回優先股,總額為5,000萬元,將於本月底前進行。
