国茂控股(08428.HK)公布,间接全资附属俊华作为租户,与业主就租赁香港干诺道中168–200号信德中心西翼32楼3205室办公室物业订立租赁协议,自今年4月1日起至2023年3月31日止为期两年。应付之总金额约为220万元。
