成都高速(01785.HK)將於8月9日派付末期股息
格隆匯6月10日丨成都高速(01785.HK)公佈,派發截至2020年12月31日止年度末期股息合共人民幣2.00億元,按公司已發行總股數16.56億股計,每股人民幣0.121元(含税)已於股東周年大會上獲得批准。根據《公司章程》,公司內資股之末期股息將以人民幣支付,而H股的末期股息將以港元支付。每股H股可獲派的末期股息為港幣0.147213元(含税)。
公司將於2021年8月9日(星期一)派發股息予於2021年6月23日(星期三)名列公司股東名冊的股東。對於公司的H股股東,公司的H股股份過户登記處香港中央證券登記有限公司會於2021年8月9日(星期一)以平郵方式將支票郵寄予合資格收取末期股息的H股股東,郵誤風險概由H股股東承擔。
