格隆匯6月7日丨科匯股份(688681.SH)公吿，保薦機構(主承銷商)根據上海證券交易所和中國證券登記結算有限責任公司上海分公司提供的數據，對本次戰略配售、網上、網下發行的新股認購情況進行了統計，結果如下：
(一)戰略配售情況
本次發行的戰略配售投資者為保薦機構相關子公司國海證券投資有限
公司(以下簡稱“國海投資”)及國海證券科匯股份員工參與科創板戰略配
售集合資產管理計劃(發行人高級管理人員與核心員工專項資產管理計劃)
(以下簡稱“科匯股份員工資產管理計劃”)，不存在其他戰略投資者。
繳款認購結果如下：

(2)繳款認購金額(元)：12,509,260
(3)限售期：24個月
2、科匯股份員工資產管理計劃
(1)繳款認購股數(股)：2,508,378
(2)繳款認購金額(元)：23,980,093.68
(3)新股配售經紀佣金(元)：119,900.47
(4)限售期：12個月。
(二)網上新股認購情況
1、網上投資者繳款認購的股份數量(股)：8,874,473
2、網上投資者繳款認購的金額(元)：84,839,961.88
3、網上投資者放棄認購數量(股)：5,527
4、網上投資者放棄認購金額(元)：52,838.12
(三)網下新股認購情況
1、網下投資者繳款認購的股份數量(股)：13,473,122
2、網下投資者繳款認購的金額(元)：128,803,046.32

網上、網下投資者放棄認購股數全部由保薦機構(主承銷商)包銷，總計包銷股份的數量為5,527股，包銷金額為52,838.12元，包銷股份的數量佔扣除最終戰略配售後的發行數量的比例為0.0247%，包銷股份的數量佔本次發行總數量的比例為0.0211%。
