建银国际:维持恒大物业(6666.HK)“优于大市”评级 目标价26.6港元
建银国际发表研究报告指,恒大物业(6666.HK)以每股9.8港元配售27亿港元股票予战略投资者,认为该股现时股价表现低于同业,短期将出现机会,该股自2月份以来已跌近49%,对比碧桂园服务(6098.HK)同期上升19%、融创服务(1516.HK)同期下跌11%。该行维持恒大物业“优于大市”评级,目标价26.6港元。
该行指,现时恒大物业2022年预测市盈率为17倍,低于行业平均水平的18倍;另外其市销率亦较其他大型物管同业折让40-60%,认为市场严重低估该公司估值,因为其今年目标在管面积增加一倍,2020-23年纯利复合年增长率目标亦超50%。
